Australian Telephone Book excludes all liability for any invoices which are overdue. Accounts are strictly 14 days from date of invoice; late payment of accounts will be subject to a 10% fee. Any recovery costs incurred in collecting overdue amounts, including court costs and legal expenses will be the sole responsibility of the parties in breach of the contract. The customer agrees to indemnify Australian Telephone Book for reasonable costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts, including legal fees and court costs, if applicable. Additional categories, non-standard listing periods and multi-location listings can be customised, the costs for these customised services will be quoted by the listings department. If the client decides not to renew their listing, additional fees will apply and are negotiable with our sales department, for the removal of your listing if you wish to opt out for the next edition.

Australian Telephone Book is committed to protecting your privacy and all information that is collected from you while establishing conditions of contract will only be used for the purpose for which it has been supplied. Australian Telephone Book may share information about the use of our site with advertisers, sponsors, content providers and other third parties. However, if we are required by law to disclose personal information we will do so.
